To begin your child's admission process, parents and guardians are kindly requested to complete the required application and submit the relevant documents.

Our admission process is designed to help us understand each child's unique needs and ensure appropriate support and placement.

Our Admission Process

    Submit Application

    Complete the admission application form and submit all required documents to the school for review.

  2. 02

    Parent/Guardian Interview

    Parents or guardians will be invited for an interview to discuss the child's background, educational history, development and individual needs.

    Child Assessment

    The child may participate in an age-appropriate assessment or observation to help the school understand their learning, developmental and support needs.

  4. 04

    Admission Review

    The school will review the assessment outcomes and submitted information before determining admission and appropriate placement.

  5. 05

    Secure Your Child’s Place

    Upon admission, parents or guardians will complete the required fee payments and other enrolment requirements to secure the child's place.

  6. 06

    School Orientation

    Parents and learners will be provided with relevant information and orientation ahead of the child's resumption.

Preparing your application

Required Admission Documents

General Documents

  • Completed Admission Application Form
  • Child’s Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
  • Two recent passport-sized photographs of the child
  • One recent passport-sized photograph of each parent or guardian
  • Copy of the child’s immunisation record, where applicable
  • Previous school reports or academic records for transfer students
  • Transfer letter from the previous school, if applicable
  • Valid means of identification for parent or guardian
  • Proof of residential address
  • Emergency contact details, with a minimum of two contacts

Medical & Development Information

  • Recent medical report or health assessment
  • Vision and hearing assessment reports, if available
  • Allergy and medication information
  • Current medication list and doctor’s instructions, if applicable

Additional Documents for Learners With Special Educational Needs

  • Educational or psychological assessment report, if available
  • Speech and Language Therapy report, if applicable
  • Occupational Therapy report, if applicable
  • Behavioural assessment or ABA report, if applicable
  • Individualised Education Plan (IEP) from a previous school or therapist, if available
  • Any additional specialist reports that may help the school understand and support the child’s learning needs

What ages does the Early Years Programme support?

The Early Years Programme supports children aged 2–5 through nurturing, play-based learning experiences.

What if some specialist reports are unavailable?

A child will not be denied admission solely because some specialist reports are unavailable. Where necessary, the school may conduct its own assessments or recommend appropriate professional evaluations.
